Welcome to the table in the forest
Right next to our mansion is the Småland table and this is where you start your adventure.
Here you have soft moss as a floor, conifers as walls and the sky as a ceiling.
The rustling of the forest becomes beautiful music. It is possible to drive almost all the way to the table by car, but you can also book transport by quad bike. If you really want to enjoy a beautiful summer day, rent a canoe and take the sea route to the table. The idea with the table is that you yourself create the meals on site composed by our kitchen manager at the mansion.
The raw materials can be found depending on the season in the forest,
on meadows and in the lake by the manor.
You get a cooking kit that contains everything you need to cook the food
outdoors and we will receive you at the reception for more instructions on how to proceed.
Price SEK 395 per person
It is also possible to book the whole experience together with our kitchen
manager and nature guide Pontus. Then he guides you from 11.00 and about 4 hours ahead.
You then prepare a three-course meal together and enjoying a set table.

The Drinkable Country
Welcome to book a unique drinking experience in our nature!
In the concept The Drinkable Country, you are invited to visit our "open air-bar". In a few selected places around Sweden, there is the opportunity to taste what nature has to offer, right where the raw materials are. Sweden invites you to The Drinkable Country - an experience where local beverage crafts meet our unique nature.
The drinks are produced by some of Sweden's foremost beverage experts, and then interpreted locally by us here at Asa Herrgård. At Asa Herrgård, we always work with the forest as inspiration and pantry.
The drinking experience with us fits well into the tranquility of the forest and the rippling of the stream. Here, lingonberries, blueberries and spruce shoots are natural flavors.
This is a do-it-yourself experience where you pick up a drink kit at the mansion with clear instructions, recipes and ingredients. Then you venture out into our magnificent nature.
